We will keep fighting for all libraries - stand with us!
Most people are curious about how I got into music. Well, I'm quite curious about it myself. It has always felt a bit out of my hands. But I'm confident that it is in God's hands, and that He will continue to lead me in my endeavors.
I began writing music in my Jr. High years (well, no, actually, I wrote my first song when I was 9, but most of them came later). I've had a year or so of lessons on both the piano and guitar. They are my tools in composing music and writing lyrics. I've also have a few sessions of vocal training, but I feel the most power in my voice, when my heart is in it. Singing is my passion, I feel purpose for living when I am praising the LORD through my voice.
I recorded my first CD in 2001, and coined the name MADAHLIA, because the look and sound of the word expressed my style.
